CyberNINES is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, sales operations, and customer engagement initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the Defense Industrial Base
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across campaigns, events, and sales initiatives
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and email campaigns
- Schedule and manage social media posts (primarily LinkedIn) to support brand visibility and thought leadership
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and basic content optimization under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
Sales Support & Enablement
- Support the sales team by keeping materials, data, and processes accurate and up to date
- Prepare proposal documents, statements of work (SOWs), presentations, and supporting materials for client engagements
- Complete and organize client onboarding documents and compliance-related paperwork for review and signature
- Ensure sales materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with CyberNINES’ offerings and compliance posture.
- Assist with outbound sales efforts by preparing prospect lists, conducting contact research, and supporting email and LinkedIn outreach
- Maintain and refine buyer personas and target account lists in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership

- Monitor inbound leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring timely routing and follow-up and transition to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot for contacts, companies, deals, and activities
- Support lead-tracking, pipeline updates, and sales reporting to ensure data integrity and visibility
- Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting to support data-driven decisions

- Coordinate logistics for events (webinars, virtual events, conferences, and trade shows) including registrations, confirmations, booth set-ups, and follow-up communications
- Support event promotion, registration, and lead capture and follow-up processes
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives and sponsorship execution as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required
- U.S. Citizenship
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related B2Brole (internships count!)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, government contracting, or defense-related industries
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, or DoD environments (or willingness to learn)
- Experience supporting proposals or regulated documentation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, or marketing automation platforms
