The Delivery Coordinator at CyberNINES is responsible for ensuring the successful scheduling and delivery of cybersecurity compliance assessments and consulting projects. In this role, you will assist in the project delivery process, directly coordinate with customers, manage project expectations, and ensure internal teams are aligned and supported. You will play a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction and driving operational excellence as we help our clients achieve critical cybersecurity milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Coordination & Relationship Management: Act as the primary operations point of contact for clients throughout project engagements, fostering open, transparent, and collaborative relationships.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity compliance projects, with other team members, including CMMC assessments and consulting engagements.
  • Expectation Management: Set, communicate, and manage clear project scopes, scheduling, and deliverables, while proactively managing changes and engaging internal experts as needed to address.
  • Process Leadership: Own and continuously improve CyberNINES’ delivery methodologies and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all engagements.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with consultants, assessors, business development and technical specialists to ensure resources are effectively aligned to meet project goals and client needs.
  • Risk & Issue Management: In conjunction with the Program Management Director, identify delivery risks early that may require change orders, new contracts or general mitigation - keeping both internal leadership and clients informed.
  • Client Satisfaction & Feedback Loop: Drive a positive client experience by actively monitoring satisfaction levels, facilitating feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and delivery metrics to both clients and CyberNINES leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. All employees are subject to security screening.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of project delivery, client coordination, or consulting experience, preferably in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services.
  • Excellent project coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to manage schedules on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Some familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO 27001 is helpful.
