Join the CyberNINES and ControlCase team as a Delivery Coordinator
Ever managed a packed event or deliverable with a stressed-out client, seventeen moving parts, and a hard deadline? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for.
A Delivery Coordinator at CyberNINES, now known as the ControlCase Federal Division, keeps our cybersecurity compliance projects on track, and our clients calm. Defense contractors rushing to meet CMMC certification deadlines can be a lot like clients under pressure anywhere: they need someone organized, reassuring, and completely on top of the details.
No cybersecurity background required. No project management certification needed. This is an entry-level opportunity with real growth potential. We believe in building our team from within, and this role is your entry point into the federal cybersecurity compliance space. We'll teach you the technical side. You bring the people skills, the composure, and the drive to grow.
If you've ever kept something complicated running smoothly when everything was on the line, we'd love to talk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Coordination & Relationship Management: Act as the primary operations point of contact for clients throughout project engagements, fostering open, transparent, and collaborative relationships.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity compliance projects, with other team members, including CMMC assessments and consulting engagements.
- Expectation Management: Set, communicate, and manage clear project scopes, scheduling, and deliverables, while proactively managing changes and engaging internal experts as needed to address.
- Process Leadership: Own and continuously improve CyberNINES’ delivery methodologies and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all engagements.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with consultants, assessors, business development and technical specialists to ensure resources are effectively aligned to meet project goals and client needs.
- Risk & Issue Management: In conjunction with the Program Management Director, identify delivery risks early that may require change orders, new contracts or general mitigation - keeping both internal leadership and clients informed.
- Client Satisfaction & Feedback Loop: Drive a positive client experience by actively monitoring satisfaction levels, facilitating feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and delivery metrics to both clients and CyberNINES leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. All employees are subject to security screening.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of project delivery, client coordination.
- Excellent coordination and people skills with a demonstrated ability to manage schedules on multiple projects concurrently.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Customer-centric and solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear, approachable communicator
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment
