The following positions support our consulting clients in implementing strong cybersecurity practices and achieving compliance with industry standards such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and other regulatory frameworks.  

Cybersecurity Analysts

CMMC Policy Specialist 

Responsibilities 

CMMC Policy Specialists assist in CMMC compliance consulting for our clients, gather and aggregate assessment data for trends analysis.  Develop and maintain documentation to support the client’s CMMC compliance journey while actively working to ensure alignment with industry and regulatory requirements and expectations. 

Qualifications & Knowledge:  

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. All employees are subject to security screening
  • Experience with National Institute of Standards (NIST) cybersecurity standards and best practices 
  • Experience with documenting and managing client cybersecurity protocols, operational, and/or technical activities including CMMC series guidance for practices of security controls and appropriate tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and GRC software desired 
  • Must possess or be able to obtain CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) within 6-months of employment 
  • Flexible working hours to meet project deadlines
  • May involve occasional travel to client locations or conferences

Cybersecurity Technical Analyst  

Responsibilities 

Cybersecurity Technical Analysts support our clients in implementing strong cybersecurity practices and achieving compliance with industry standards such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and other regulatory frameworks. This role is ideal for a technically skilled cybersecurity professional who enjoys working directly with clients, problem-solving, and furthering technical knowledge all with a solid career growth path. 

Qualifications & Knowledge:  

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. All employees are subject to security screening
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security consulting, or security engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and secure configurations  
  • Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection  
  • Compliance & framework knowledge including NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, CIS Controls, or other security frameworks
  • Experience with risk assessments and security control implementation
  • Certifications - CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
  • Must possess or be able to obtain CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) within 6-months of employment 
  • Flexible working hours to meet project deadlines
  • Travel Requirement - estimated at 25%
